Cancellation policy

Online and phone bookings

1 night’s deposit required

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellation policy:

  • All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • Long Notice Cancellations (More than 14 Days): Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Short Notice Cancellations (2-14 Days): For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 2 Days): Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival or No Shows are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
  • If a cancellation is received and a 'credit' has been used for payment, this credit amount will placed back on your client accounts (after a cancellation fee) with the remaining of the original 12 months period to be honoured.
  • Please note credit card fees are non-refundable.

Change of Dates

If you'd like to change your booking date, we’re happy to help if availability allows. Each reservation includes one complimentary date change.

  • If the new booking has a price difference, the balance will need to be settled based on the updated terms.
  • If there’s a credit, you can use it at the Nibble Café or for in-park activities.
  • Additional date changes after the first will have a $25 amendment fee.
