Cancellation policy
Online and phone bookings
1 night’s deposit required
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival
Bookings at Christmas Time are due 30 days prior to arrival
Part payments welcomed at any time
Long Notice Cancellations (More than 14
Days):
Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a
$50 cancellation fee.
Short Notice Cancellations (2-14 Days):
For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a
credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining
credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 2
Days):
Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival are non-refundable, and
no credit will be issued.
Change of Date Booking
If you wish to change the date of your booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this request, subject to availability.
If there is a difference in monies owed, then this difference must be payable in coherence with the terms & conditions of the new booking
If there is a credit of monies, then this can be redeemed within the park at Nibble café or through in park activities
1st time amendment fees waived
Subsequent changes will incur a $25 amendment fee
