Some of our guests have let us know they’ve received suspicious emails, texts or WhatsApp messages that appear to come from BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park.
Our third-party booking system provider, RMS Cloud, has confirmed a global security incident affecting many accommodation providers. We’re working closely with them to understand what this means for our guests.
These messages are not from us. They usually say a booking payment has failed and ask you to update your payment details, or your booking will be cancelled.
