Terms and Conditions:

I have been advised, and have agreed to tell everyone in my party and any guests: That the use of facilities and equipment, including pools, spa, water slide, Kayaks and pedal carts, poses a serious risk and could cause death or serious permanent injury;

Our office closes at 6 pm daily. We welcome late arrivals with staff available until 9.30 pm, please ensure you can arrive by this time to check-in after office hours.

Additional guests looking to stay with you must be signed in at reception. Additional guests are limited please enquire at reception for more details.

Additional guests fees are $20.00 per person, per night.

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is not responsible for any of my property or effects that may be lost stolen or damaged.

About Pool safety - No Life Guard - water obstacles - care required - drowning risk.

There is NO LIFEGUARD in attendance at the pool;

The main pool is deep in places and also has shallow irregular underwater structures;

There is an increased risk of serious physical injury and drowning;

About the jumping pillow;

Performing somersaults or inverted manoeuvres will increase the risk of serious physical injury, including head or neck injuries and may result in paralysis or death; a jumping pillow is more dangerous than a trampoline;

About the pedal carts;

Use of pedal carts and hire bikes, especially on the BMX track, poses an increased risk of serious physical injury, including head or neck injuries and may result in paralysis or death; Pedal carts are more dangerous than a normal bicycle; I indemnify Gold Coast Holiday Park and all its personnel against any claim arising from any injury or death caused by use of any of the facilities and equipment at Gold Coast Holiday Park.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation nor in any of the buildings or common areas like the pool or where there is play equipment. (a $175.00 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms or cabins, with an additional $80.00 payable if accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory condition)

Please be aware ALL visitors must be registered at reception. Day visitors including adults will be issued a day pass wristband to enter.

A $5.00 per person charge applies for visitors to the park not using facilities, though children under 3 and adults with a valid seniors card are free of charge.

A $20.00 per person charge applies to visitors to the park using facilities (Pool, Water Park etc.) this includes spectators, though children under 3 are free.

Noise must be kept to a minimum in quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am; we have a NO PARTY policy within the park, please call us if you require any additional information in this regard.

Credit Card Surcharge: ALL credit card transactions will incur a standard 0.9% card service fee.

Responsibility for accompanying dog: Vaccinations must be supplied on arrival for all dogs accompanying you for your stay. Dogs are permitted on sites throughout the park and we have limited dog-friendly cabins. In all other accommodation, dogs are not permitted. Dogs must always be on a lead, be friendly to all other dogs and people, and must be cleaned up after it. You are to accompany your dog at all times and not leave them alone.

Cancellation policy

Online and phone bookings

1 night’s deposit required

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival

Bookings at Christmas Time are due 30 days prior to arrival

Part payments welcomed at any time

Short Notice Cancellations (less than 14 days’ notice):

If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will hold monies in credit for a period of up to 12 months. Your booking reverts to a Change of Dates booking and Change of Date booking conditions subsequently apply.

Long Notice Cancellations (more than 14 days’ notice):

If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued less a $25 cancellation fee.

Change of Date Booking

If you wish to change the date of your booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this request, subject to availability.

If there is a difference in monies owed then this difference must be payable in coherence with the terms & conditions of the new booking

If there is a credit of monies, then this can be redeemed within the park at Nibble café or through in park activities

1st time amendment fees waived

Subsequent changes will incur a $25 amendment fee
