Description
If you like a tranquil, away-from-it-all camping experience but still want access to the best of the Gold Coast our Riverwalk campsite area is ideal. This is old style family camping set on spacious grasslands and offering our best rustic experience.
These large Riverwalk camp ground sites are located alongside the beautiful Saltwater Creek and our Riverwalk BBQ area and can sleep up to 10 guests.
With space for 5th wheelers and bus up to 40ft complete with a tow vehicle in front behind or all equipment over 26ft including caravan and annex, motorhome, campervan or tents including ONE car space.
Providing large space for easy rig positioning, there are plenty of sites to choose from to take any size rig and allowing room for tow vehicles.
Adjacent to the Roo paddock where you can spot one grazing most mornings, the Riverwalk area is a beautiful space where you can relax and enjoy nature and watch out for one of our resident koalas.
Above ground braziers can be used for small fires subject to fire bans.
* In severe weather these sites are subject to flooding and bookings may be affected.
**All dwellings must have an accompanying tow vehicle on-site at all times. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure safe and efficient evacuation in the event of an emergency.

Camp Kitchen Our centrally located Camp Kitchen makes camping just that little bit easier. There's no need to compromise on your cooking when you can take advantage of our fantastic kitchens with great cooking facilities to whip up a fantastic feast - hotplates, ovens, microwaves fridges, freezers and toasters. The Camp Kitchen has lots of dining space where you can sit down with the family and it's a great place to escape the day with ample room to relax in front of our oversized TV. If you want to take your dining outdoors, we have three oversized and covered BBQ areas. Located adjacent to our ensuite campsites and family cabins the BBQ space, complete with fridge and freezer storage, provides the perfect place to meet up and enjoy a BBQ with friends or family.
Having just finished a 6 night stay at big 4GC, I can't speak highly of them enough.
Arriving to find a set of stairs into our cabin worried us with our 2 year old now being able to open doors. Once our concerns were brought to their attention, they could not have been more helpful. They provided us with a 'temporary' solution for the night, and informed us that they would go and purchase a baby gate for us to use the next morning.
It was such a relief knowing that they took our concerns seriously and did all they could to help.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, Fantastic layout, and more than enough activities to keep everyone busy.
When we're next up at the Gold Coast, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again.
