Dedicated Off Leash Doggie Park
There’s lots to do and see on the Gold Coast that is Dog friendly including an off leash area in our park so your best mate can get some exercise and meet some new friends too.
There are also other off leash areas for you to enjoy locally. The Spit is a dog beach only a 20-minute drive away. The Damian Leeding Memorial Park across the other side of the Motorway has an off-lead area. Nerang, a ten minute drive has a riverside dog-walking park.
For a little variety in your morning walk, here’s a link to off leash facilities nearby.
See this cool doggy Itunes App from Gold Coast City Council.
Our ensuite sites are a great way to enjoy that extra little bit of luxury when you stay with us.
Who doesn’t want a private bathroom and facilities right at their doorstep? and of course they are dog friendly! So you and your little mate can get a great holiday with all the bells and whistles.
Don’t forget that some of our Ensuite sites come complete with fantastic evergreen lawns (that’s fancy for ‘artificial grass’). This makes them extra clean and easy because there’s no dust or lawn clippings coming into your van on little feet. Just another way of making a good holiday great! Don’t forget to request one of these sites if you want one.
All our caravan and camping sites are dog friendly because we know that the best holidays are had when the whole family comes along!
Our sites are all of a good size and if you need something even more spacious why not check out our ‘Riverwalk sites’, they are well located in a quiet part of the park and are designed for extra space and freedom and you can bring your own off ground brazier as well.
To ensure the safety of all dogs, you will need to provide a copy of your dog’s vaccination papers when you arrive. We will do everything we can to assist if you didn’t manage to bring the paperwork along including contacting your vet back home for confirmation. Unfortunately, if we are unable to confirm that your pup is vaccinated, we won’t be able to allow him or her into the park.
Happily there is a vet up the road who can also assist in bringing you little mates vaccinations up to date. So one way or another we can make it work!
Naturally you’ll be responsible for cleaning up after your dog and keeping the park free of unwanted poo parcels. Dogs are required to be on their lead and accompanied at all times. Please remember that we love our Koalas and Kangaroos too and we ask you to always respect their habitat by not allowing your dog off leash at any time in the park other than in our fabulous off leash exercise doggy playground.
We are a fantastic family friendly park, and expect that all our guests are well behaved. This includes our four legged guests too. If we encounter poorly behaved pups or people we always look to protect the peace and well-being of our guests and staff. As such we have very high expectations of behaviour. If you feel that your pup won’t be able to act in a friendly manner, refrain from barking its head off, or poops and isn’t cleaned up after by you, it will be a short holiday
Dear New Doggie Guest,
Come and experience all the fun of 32 acres or space with the other ‘collared campers’ and enjoy the good life when you visit us. Check out the off leash area for a run and a bit of fun. And while the rest of the family are making friends we can do the same. See you after you’ve had a snooze.
Sammy. PS: No cats allowed!
