Our cancellation policy for Individual Bookings
All cancellations must be received in writing from the person who made the booking in the first place. We will accept email, fax or a letter from the person who made the booking. Please understand that we can only calculate the number of days notice from when we receive the notice. Our cancellation policy applies only to individual bookings and does not apply to Group Bookings. For details relating to Group bookings please clarify directly with the manager before making a booking.
Please note if you have made a booking through a third party website such as wotif.com, the cancellation policy that is published on their website shall apply to that booking.
Short Notice Cancellations (less than 21 days notice):
If a cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given unless we are able to re-book any of your booking. We will gladly reimburse you for any nights we sell, less an Administration fee of $35.
Long Notice Cancellations (More than 22 days notice):
If a cancellation is received more than 22 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be issued less the cancellation fee shown below, which varies according the type of accommodation that has been booked.
If you wish to change the dates of your booking rather than cancel, we will try to accommodate your request by allowing a credit of monies paid for a period of up to 6 months, subject to availability. There is no charge for making such a change for the first time. Subsequent changes will incur a re booking fee of $35 per re-booking. Unfortunately re-bookings cannot swap or change between seasons.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.
VALUE season – 1 night’s tariff plus an administration fee of $35
SHOULDER season – 2 night’s tariff plus an administration fee of $35
PEAK season – The total Tariff.
Please note: Only 1 car per reservation will be allowed into the Park unless prior arrangements have been made with the Park Manager.
